Weekend Post.
During the week we discuss with our teacher about some instructions that were needed to be clarified for the final project and some other tasks that we have to be doing for the following weeks before this semester ends.
One of the tasks are to create a glossary about technology, create a podcast talking about different things, it could be related to any topic but if it is about technology way better, etc.
The final project is about how to implement a technology tool to solve an education or a classroom problem, we have to write how it is working with our students.
On the other hand I think i will talk about how to use kahoot to solve some attention problems, make the class more interactive when it comes to review a unit a recover some stats about my students progress.

Weekend Post.
Well, during this week we only had one day with the teacher victor
because on Tuesday was the Mother's Day here in Mexico (in other
countries is celebrated on May 8th).
The thing is that we only had one day of technology class but we took it in order to do our partial exam in which we had to to answer some questions related to some digital tools we saw during classes or in the reading the teacher gave to us, to be honest it was quite hard in some parts because I had to remember some charts that I read on the E-Docs we had, but I feel that I did a good job on the test.
Know it is about time to know the results... How fast time pass, I just realized that this semester is about to end approximately in three weeks or we fail.

Weekend Post.
Wednesday came and to be fair, I didn't knew how Kahoot works but it ended up to be really easy to use and fun to work with, before we started to play on Kahoot, the teacher asked us to join together in teams of 4 and create a multiple choice questionnaire with 10 questions about the reading he gave us the day before the class.
At the end every one had fun playing/reviewing/ and answering questions that might be on the exam.
I enjoyed how technology is used on the classroom and have a meaningful experience with my classmates.

Weekend post!
This week I learned how to use the ESLVideo tool to make questionnaires or quizes with videos so, you can use it to present a video and to answer questions of that video as an activity.
Also I used another useful tool called ''Emaze'', where you can create presentations and give your own style, different backgrounds, animations or insert images to make attractive or colorful presentations
Last but not least, I recorded my voice and used the tool ''Vocaroo'', you can choose either record or upload a voice recording and use it.
Presenting a topic with Vocaroo
Today I presented the topic Use of Keep in phrasal verbs and Expressions, I gave the commands to students using a new tool called ''Vocaroo''. The website provides you with the chance of either recording or uploading a voice record and use it as a voice command.
Lesson Plan

Vocaroo could be used for listening exercises, give advice or to present activities.
Audio recording and upload >>
Enjoy.

Weekend Post.
During this week, teacher victor introduce a new web tool which can help
us to create dynamic quizzes, we also discuss about the new project,
the proposal research because we as a group had our debts of how to
create ours.
The teacher victor then started to explain, to be fair, it's going to be a bit hard to do it, not because it's difficult, the thing is that we have other subjects, exams coming, speeches to do, etc.
Well, no one said that being in college was an easy task, so lets get our hands to work on that!

My vacations
Hello everybody!.
This post is to tell you about my vacations and what I did on vacations from March 16th to April 4th.
I spent the two weeks here in Acapulco City, sometimes I played Halo 5 (which is one of my favourite games), or if I was feeling just as a coach potato
, I used to go to the training session at Unidad Deportiva Vicente Suarez where I have my football practice and also, I went to Unidad Deportiva Acapulco, where I have the other session of football.. I know is quite exhausting or tiring but when you have your body prepared for all those exercises you don't feel it so difficult.
Now I am back in school, ready to conclude the semester and prepare myself for start teaching in Social Service and Practice

Weekend Post
The last week we had our first test of the subject Technologies for Language Teaching, the exam was quite confusing because we had several problems with the topics.. But after trying hard to reach an answer, we finally did the test with success :D
But that was not the only thing we had..
We were asked to do a Graphic organiser about Creativity so, now there you have it, basic but not so simple.
But that was not the only thing we had..

Weekend post
During this week we discussed some questions in the class to be prepared for the exam. Also we checked how to create some brochures, timelines or calendars with some tools that are provided in our classroom blog, in which we have the obligation to accomplish a certain number of tasks every week to get marks and keep our grades.
All these content or pages provided are really useful for us as future teachers, I really like the way we are having tasks and organising our work.

Internet Usage.
Some important facts about internet usage (For new users)
If you are a new internet user and don’t have any idea of how to protect or surf safely on the internet, these are some tips to keep yourself under safe and to avoid some problems related with copyright, illegal use, ADS, SPAM and the personal information.
• Use caution with your personal information
• Avoid publishing your full name, your school name, home address, email address, mobile or home phone numbers and images, where they are easily accessible by others. Use caution especially with social networking sites such as Facebook or MySpace
• Never give out personal details to online friends you do not know offline
• Never post anything you wouldn't want your parents, teachers, or future employers to see
• Remember that once you post information online, you can’t take it back. Even if you delete the information from a site, older versions exist on other people’s computers
• Do not share other people’s personal information or say things that might violate the safety or rights of others, even if you mean it as a "joke"
• Do not share passwords, user names, account IDs or PINs with anyone besides current people
• Remember there are impostors out there who lie about their real identity. Someone you meet on the Internet may not be the right person to share your problems with, not to mention meeting with them face to face
• Never agree to meet someone you only know online
• Never open messages or attachments from someone you don’t know. It could be a virus, or worse - an inappropriate image or film
• Only add people as friends on social networking sites and instant messaging programs if you know then in real life. Set privacy settings so that you have to approve people to be added as a friend
• What you do not do in real life, don’t do on the Internet. This includes all kinds of cyber bulling using text, photos and videos
• Talk to your parents if something feels inappropriate or makes you feel uncomfortable.
Risks
• The risks of visiting malicious, criminal or inappropriate websites include:
• Viruses and spyware (collectively known as malware).
• Phishing, designed to obtain your personal and/or financial information and possibly steal your identity.
• Fraud, from fake shopping, banking, charity, dating, social networking, gaming, gambling and other websites.
• Copyright infringement – copying or downloading copyright protected software, videos, music, photos or documents.
• Exposure to unexpected inappropriate content.
• When you use the internet, your browser (for example Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome, Safari or Firefox) keeps a record of which sites you have visted in its 'history'.
• When you use the internet, the websites you visit are visible to your Internet Service Provider and browser provider, and it is possible that records are kept.
• Use the Internet Safely
• It is very easy to clone a real website and does not take a skilled developer long to produce a very professional-looking, but malicious site.
• Being wary of malicious, criminal or inappropriate websites:
• Use your instincts and common sense.
• Check for presence of an address, phone number and/or email contact – often indications that the website is genuine. If in doubt, send an email or call to establish authenticity.
• Check that the website’s address seems to be genuine by looking for misspellings, extra words, characters or numbers or a completely different name from that you would expect the business to have.
• Roll your mouse pointer over a link to reveal its true destination, displayed in the bottom left corner of your browser. Beware if this is different from what is displayed in the text of the link from either another website or an email.
• If there is NO padlock in the browser window or ‘https://’ at the beginning of the web address to signify that it is using a secure link, do not enter personal information on the site.
• Websites which request more personal information than you would normally expect to give, such as user name, password or other security details IN FULL, are probably malicious.
• Avoid ‘pharming’ by checking the address in your browser's address bar after you arrive at a website to make sure it matches the address you typed. This will avoid ending up at a fake site even though you entered the address for the authentic one – for example ‘eebay’ instead of ‘ebay.
• Always get professional advice before making investment decisions. Sites that hype investments for fast or high return – whether in shares or alleged rarities like old wine, whisky or property – are often fraudulent.
• Be wary of websites which promote schemes that involve the recruitment of others, receiving money for other people or advance payments.
• If you are suspicious of a website, carry out a web search to see if you can find out whether or not it is fraudulent.
• Be wary of websites that are advertised in unsolicited emails from strangers.

SEABIN
The video above is from a just-funded Indiegogo campaign for the manufacturing and production of the Seabin—a cool new invention designed to get down to the dirty business of cleaning up our oceans.
Despite its big ambitions, the Seabin is an ingeniously simple device: It’s a bucket whose rim floats at water level, allowing sea water laced with rubbish, oil, and detergents continually to spill into it. A pump at the bottom of the device returns the now-clean water to the ocean while trash continues to collect inside the Seabin. As for cleaning, the process is as simple as emptying the natural fibre trash bag that hangs inside.
With only a finite number of these devices are being deployed, the venture faces an uphill battle given the vast amount of trash littering the world’s oceans. However, with much of that trash coming from ports, marinas, and yacht clubs, the company hopes that placing Seabins at these locations will attack the problem at the source. Additionally, these areas aren't subject to the massive swells and destructive storm conditions of the open sea. It's not a comprehensive solution, but a smart, admirable first step.
As an added bonus, the good folks at Seabin have long-term aspirations of manufacturing future Seabins using the discarded plastic captured by their devices.
Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez.
In this post I will show you some of the magnificent qualities and skills that this man has got now. He is playing for Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, people did not believe in him, when he left Manchester United a lot of sayings and possibilities were pointing to a new era at Major League Soccer (MLS), but Bayer Leverkusen needed a striker of quality, the man of the area, the player who were able to send the ball to the net.. And then, Hernandez appeared and I leave here some of his great skills and goals at Bundesliga.

GIMP
Romano
Isidor Hiram Ricardo
Group: 602
TIC’S.
Tool: GIMP
How might
this tool help you in your personal life? school? work? relationships?
I chose
GIMP as a tool from the Open Resources in the blog, I have explored it and I
find out that some of the features are really useful if I have to manipulate
images or crop and edit them. Some of these features could be used to create
banners or make presentations at school and also for work, if the teacher asks
for a presentation or attractive cover images this tool is useful for that. In
conclusion, if you an alternative of Photoshop, GIMP is the program you need to
create, edit and manage with images and its custom features the program offers.

What have I learned during this week?
During this week I learned a lot of things in the TIC's class, one of the main things I learned is how to manage with the Insert image options:
(''Halo Rings'' a concept art which shows us the wonderful this powerful galactic superweapon is. Extracted from the Halo Series (videogame)).
Or if we prefer to insert a link directly from a site which contains an image:
Another important think we learned is how to insert videos from Youtube:
